With Luxus Liegenschaften LLMC GmbH , which has been part of our group since 2016, we have set ourselves the goal of setting up and sustainably establishing an entirely new and exclusive marketing platform for premium and luxury properties in German-speaking countries, as well as the Balearic Islands and the Spanish mainland. This new concept combines hand-picked property port- folios and networks, and property companies and market leaders in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the Balearic Is- lands and the Spanish mainland that have been selected according to strict quality guidelines, at the informative and registered brand domain www.luxus-liegenschaften.de . As the initiators and founders of the platform, we contrib- ute crucial practical know-how, as well as many years of international market and industry knowledge, to the new platform’s operational concept. Unlike large property portals such as Immobilienscout24 etc., the aim of Luxus Liegenschaften is to create a genu- ine link for discerning clients and interested parties to the best possible, operational care provided by leading local partner businesses on site. We aim to provide clients with advice and effective support for their specific needs and personal desires, in the long term. To this end, and based on our many years of industry knowledge, with which we can also respond on request as a business consultant for individual market players in the industry, the new Luxus Liegenschaften platform combines not just an extremely attractive, international property portfolio of currently already over 1,000 premium proper- ties with an average price of at least 1 million Euro. We also offer various, currently unique services and special support services for our discerning interested parties and clients. We perform these services at the location in question, to- gether with selected market leaders and partners.
