But the secret of Cappuccino’s success is in the re- alisation that a café experience is much more than what comes out of the kitchen. Rather, that magic can be found in the atmosphere created by our own selection of music specifically attuned to enjoying the perfect cocktail or coffee; in our beautiful interiors, each individually designed to complement its surroundings; in the extensive collection of art that adorns our walls; and in find- ing only the very best location in which to make the magic happen. For Cappuccino has never wanted to grow for growth’s sake. Nor do we expand only to let stan- dards slip. Cappuccino’s mantra has always been to seek out only the best locations, and there to open a café which, through its consistently high standards and the very best in service, will be- come the favourite café of the locality. The result is a group of cafes whose locations are unrivalled both for their beauty and importance, whether it be our Cappuccino opposite the Puerta de Alcalá in Madrid or the Cartuja Monastery in Vallde- mossa, or alongside the stunning Mediterranean Sea in Pollensa, Marbella, Andratx, or Ibiza. The final ingredient is of course our staff; our smiling waiters and managers whose happiness comes fromwithin. For when they see the content- ment that our delivery of high standards engend- ers within our customers, they too strive to per- fect every element of their service and are both proud and content to work for the Cappuccino family.
