Another decrease of sales figures and real estate prices is not to be expected, bringing with it a stabilisation of the price and even allowing for price increases in some high-end new building projects in the prime locations of the island. For the year 2014 and the following years, we expect another considerable relaxation and positive trend of the real estate market in Mallorca be- cause, as well as the aforementioned facts, the tax omission for exclusive yachts as well as the development of air connections from and to Mallorca from international cities, will have positive effects.
