As an exclusive association for solvent and wealthy customers only, as well as the customers of our exclusive partner companies, the Private Residences – Luxury Real Estate Group, as the initiator and operator of the Diamonds Members Club, would like to continue to optimise and develop particularly the area of sustainable ser - vice for our deserving and long-term customers. It is our goal to permanently satisfy our selected and special customers and buyers of high-end residences, and to open new doors to them wherever we can, with valuable information, current news and especially interesting network contacts, and help them to make their individual lifestyle even more attractive and interesting by special services and advantages within the Dia- monds Members Club. Our Diamonds members decide completely independently which status advantages or exclusive invitations to events, which are available to them without restrictions or limitations in terms of time, they would like to enjoy. Diamonds vision, membership and general principle A Diamonds membership cannot be bought and is free of charge. It is not possible to register or qualify in a normal way. A Diamonds member is selected by us or discreetly recommended by an existing member or partner company. This way, all discerning members enjoy, within a closed and privileged circle, everything we develop within the Members Club with our prestigious partner companies, again and again. It is important to us to emphasise that the co- operation with all the partners within our inter - national partner network and Members Club is based wholly on a non-commercial philosophy. The Private Residences - Luxury Real Estate Group commits itself, as the initiator, not to charge any fees or shares for possible deals or product turn- overs by its partner companies and clearly dissoci- ates itself from that. This is particularly about the individual advan- tages for our customers and members, as well as the creation of interesting networks of recom- mendation, where positive and long-term brand experiences are paramount and vividly remem- bered by our discerning members. This is to be a win-win philosophy with various synergies, sus- tainability and long-term customer satisfaction, for which we, as operators and initiators, love to provide intensive networking and continuous in- vestments. Service Innovation: “My Estate” In this context, we are proud of the new develop- ment of our Private Residences App which has experienced a very positive reception with our customers, as well as enthusiasts of Kitzbuehel and Mallorca, since its launch in December, 2013. More than 3,000 active app users have download- ed our new communication media to their smart phones and tablet computers in the last few months, which is much more than just a techni- cal improvement of our web content and our exclusive real estate portfolio. On a daily basis, we record a growing number of active accesses to the contents presented and permanently updated. This high acceptance by the public has surprised us, and it motivated us to continue to develop this new and modern communication platform as a basis for our Diamonds Members Club as well. In the closed area of the app, our select members will also find a completely new transparency in our daily work as professional real estate ad- visors.
