www.private-residences.net 7TaTYR 8ZXPY_^ play a leading role and survive, it is the middle- term goal of our company group to establish our- selves as an absolute service, competency and system provider, among the demanding interna- tional clientele in the premium segment.We want to strike completely newpaths which go far beyond real estate consulting at the highest level.We are currently working on very interesting and efficient service tools for pre- and after- sales service, in order to guarantee more sustainable customer retention far beyond real estate consultancy, creating a clearer and more distinct demarcation from the local real estate market. With various concept and service innovations such as, e.g., the two competency departments, “Diamonds of Real Estate” and the development of the special department for targeted concept marketing of exclusive builder’s and investment properties, which I would like to keep a secret at this point, we clearly aspire to an evolution as a consultancy company in the coming years, and want to esta- blish ourselves as a “management consultancy for the real estate business”, and continue to strengthen the brand of Private Residences. We clearly champion the view that many market participants in the field of professional commu- nications and methodical approach are able to improve themselves considerably and profit from our long-term experience in some of the most demanding markets in Europe. A substantial quality improvement, as well as sustainable customer satisfaction, should be a preferred goal for the entire branch. Perhaps, we will be able to lead the way as a good example with our inno- vations and experiences with demanding inter- national clientele, and show how important it is these days to manage real estate consulting in a responsible and sustainable manner without giving the economic aspect priority all the time. From the coming year of 2014, we will again achieve targeted, yet steady growth of the com- pany group in hand-selected markets only, and develop our innovative company concept with selected partners and investors even further in a targeted manner. Look forward with us to very crucial innovations and concept improvements which develop the consulting and service quality of the Private Residences Luxury Real Estate Group, at a level which has up until today been so unique – not to flatter or praise ourselves, but particularly in order to live up to your personal wishes and expectations of sustainable and com- mitted quality consulting every day, again and again.
