Gastro icon Ugo Crocamo brings Munich's trendy restaurant brand "H'ugo's" to Kitzbühel

Where love and devotion set the table

Italian classics such as Parmigiana di Melanzane, handmade truffle tagliolini and Vitello Tonnato are just as much a part of this H'ugo's menu as creative Mediterranean compositions: for example, H'ugo's Bouillabaisse, Spaghetti 'alla Chitarra' with Gambas and cherry tomatoes or braised veal cheeks in their own jus with mashed potatoes and baby vegetables.

And as in every H'ugo's, the most important ingredient is the legendary pizza. So in Kitzbühel, too, the Pizza Tartufo will in future exude its enticing aroma.

The breakfast menu offers, on the one hand, various savoury breakfast options consisting of a versatile bread basket, different types of sausages such as truffle and Parma ham, high-quality cheeses, smoked salmon, scrambled eggs and honey, and, on the other hand, sweet delicacies such as chocolate croissants or muesli, which can be ordered separately. Various egg dishes such as Eggs Benedict or scrambled eggs with avocado and delicacies such as Royal Beluga caviar can also be found on the menu. Numerous aperitivi as well as first-class wines, prosecco, long drinks or champagne are suitable for a relaxed aperitif. In the afternoon, the creative pop-up concept also invites you to take a coffee break with Italian flair. 

Invitingly elegant and locally inspired

The new H'ugo's Kitzbühel remains true to the design line of its sister restaurants, yet the design is inspired by the region. Elegant shades of grey mix with warm earthy tones and lots of wood provides the regional touch. Materials such as velvet, wood and a rustic stone wall convey a feel-good ambience that exudes exclusivity and cosiness in equal measure. H'ugo's Kitzbühel opens as the seventh H'ugo's restaurant and has 92 seats indoors, 56 on the terrace and 40 in the Cantinetta - the vaulted cellar that is ideal for private dining and events.
