Nature and local farmers provide the ingredients, which in the FORESTIS kitchen are tastefully perfected with respect for time-honored traditions and with the creativity of a modern cuisine. The FORESTIS kitchen philosophy always follows the premises of diversity, naturalness and authenticity.

Roland Lamprecht, chef de cuisine

Even as a child, chef Roland Lamprecht was at home in nature and acquired his vast knowledge of the many treasures of the forest and meadows. His professional path led him through star kitchens all over Central Europe - and finally back to his homeland. At FORESTIS he can live out his philosophy, closeness and love of the woods in the most delicious way.

Restaurant

The restaurant has a tiered layout. Thus, each table offers the desired privacy and at the same time a wide view over surrounding forests and the sunset in the Dolomites. Nature enters the room here through floor-to-ceiling windows.

Bar

The bar with lounge and terrace are located in the historic house. The FORESTIS continues its understanding of nature in the ceremonial design of the drinks. With essences from the surrounding forests, such as herbs, nuts, berries, but also shrubs, barks and tree needles, each drink becomes a small work of art.
