Chef Sebastian Jöchl learned the craft of cooking right from the start with a double apprenticeship at the Geniesserhotel Unterlechner. After that he went on a journey of discovery: His stations were renowned gourmet hotels such as the Relais & Châteaux Tennerhof in Kitzbühel, the Geniesserhotel Schalber or the Quellenhof. Today he is 28 years old, returning to his roots and has come home to stay. We look forward to spoiling you!
