- High-quality video and drone production for your property
- Presentation in our shop windows (in our show office, in the Kitzbühel Hinterstadt, in the A-Rosa Steakhouse Kaps Restaurant and in the exclusive and highly frequented Opera Garage in Munich)
- On request, we can create efficient, emotional marketing for you with a three-dimensional image for a virtual “first viewing”, which allows prospective buyers to explore your property from the comfort of their own home. In this way, we guarantee you only customers with a high level of buying interest.
- Sending an automated “just-in-time” web exposé for immediate provision to pre-registered customers
- Placement in our own exclusive image magazine LIVING MOMENTS, which we have elaborately designed and produced once a year in a print run of 5,000 to 10,000 copies
- Inclusion in our regular newsletter, which is sent to over 12,000 interested recipients/subscribers every month
- Continuous acquisition of potential new customers/prospective buyers nationally and internationally
- In consultation with you, implementation of individual advertising measures through advertisements in regional and international specialist media (for exclusive contracts)
